Who is LTMS?

I am a former Indiana Realtor that relocated to NC a few years back and have decided I miss the rush of Real Estate. I have had a passion my entire adult life. I worked for 2 years utilizing the license I had obtained as a Closing Coordinator for a small boutique style Brokerage in Indianapolis, completing hundreds of closings in a fast paced environment. Bank owned properties offer a challenge and I learned more than some realtors do in a lifetime (according to my then Managing Broker). So, if you are overwhelmed or just need a hand, let me help!
